Time with Ellie and Rebekah

We feel so blessed to live within driving distance of Craig, Claire, Ellie and Rebekah. We just had a fun and full week-end with them. Ragnar is really brave in venturing out to places we haven’t driven to before. We had talked about taking the train, but in the end we drove there and are glad we did. There is only one way to learn the new trails - get out there and do it. It took us 4 hours, but the last hour was through their city at rush hour Friday afternoon.

Neither Ellie or Rebekah know what it is like to be shy, so they always come to us right away. We had lots of fun with both girls, walking to see the ducks, reading books and lots of made up games. Saturday afternoon, Craig and Claire had a Christmas party for the ministry they are involved in. Over 50 kids showed up for the event and took part in acting out the Christmas story and other fun activities. We were happy we could see them active in their ministry.

Craig and Claire had a day long meeting with their coworkers on Monday, so we are glad it worked out for us to be there with the girls. Time flies by quickly when you are having fun!! Soon it was time for us to head north again, as we had a meeting to attend in the evening.
