Easter

Although Easter Sunday was the day we would begin our journey back to England and it was a very sad day, we are thankful for some good memories of our Easter in Canada (1st since 2000.)
It is wonderful to set time aside to remember God's precious gift to us - HIS SON.  What more exciting news could we ever want to hear, than that Christ is Risen?  Our sins are paid for and that we will be spending eternity with Him in heaven?!?!
He arose!  He arose!  Hallelujah Christ arose!!
In the morning we gathered with the congregation of Ryan and Kara's church for a buffet brunch, followed by their service there.

Aren't they sweet sitting there while their parents go get their own breakfast?
Kandace all dressed up for Easter Sunday!
Earlier in the week, I had fun making Easter cookies with Noah, Selah and Andrew - lots of different shapes - bunnies, eggs and chickens.
Then on Saturday we had an Easter Egg Hunt with them in their back yard.Their excitement each time they found one made the hiding process worth it.
